This wasn’t always their tagline. TKL used to simply be initials of the founder’s names, providing little value for their brand and position in the market. Tammi had an interior design business with no brand. She wanted a website for validation but didn’t want it to misrepresent her. Through brand strategy, we helped TKL Enterprises become TKL Interiors, leveraging TKL as their core attributes: trusted, kind, luxury. TKL was attracting many client types that took up more communication and time in the sales cycle with lower return on investment.

Tammi came to us as an established luxury interior designer looking for a brand presence that embodied her current work and clientele.

Her main objective:

To incorporate an authentic brand identity that speaks to the ideal client and streamline the sales process for faster client intakes.
