What is included in your video packages?

Our video packages typically include pre-production planning, on-site filming with professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, post-production editing, and final delivery of high-quality video content. We offer customizable packages to suit various needs and budgets, including options for multi-camera setups, highlights reels, and full event coverage.

How long does the video production process take?

A standard corporate video might take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks from concept to delivery however, we’re adaptable to your schedule and can expedite the process if needed. We will provide an estimated timeline for each project during our initial consultation. Every project is unique, and we work closely with you to ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality. In some cases, same-day priority turn arounds can be offered for an additional fee.

How far in advance should I book your video production services?

Ideally, contacting us at least two to three months in advance of an event or launch allows for ample planning, pre-production, and logistical coordination. However, we understand that sometimes things come together at the last minute, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us with your needs, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Every project includes an expert brand strategist as your account manager in addition to the video production crew. This is a role that is typically hired by agencies well before any production goes into effect consequently adding exceptional value to every project, where the creative, the technical, and the strategic all meet under one roof.

External partners, teams, and contractors are reviewed and onboarded with the same care and company policies.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes, we believe in getting it just right. We include 3 rounds of revisions in our packages to ensure the final product meets your expectations and will work with you until you are completely satisfied. We’re committed to delivering a video that aligns perfectly with your vision.

Can STM assist with video distribution?

Yes. While our focus is on creating visually stunning content, we also provide guidance on video distribution strategies. We can help you navigate social media, online platforms, and broadcast options to ensure your video reaches the right audience.

What is STM's approach to confidentiality?

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all our clients. We’re happy to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect your project details and any sensitive information.

What happens if we need to make changes after a video is delivered?

We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to make adjustments after delivery, we’re here to help. Additional edits may incur extra charges, depending on the scope of the changes, but we’ll work with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens, and sometimes, production plans need to change. Our cancellation policy depends on the stage of the project. Typically, a fee is charged based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. We outline all terms clearly in our contract, so there are no surprises.

I don't have a website, can STM build me one?

Yes. While website design and development is not one of our core service offerings, we do offer website design strategy as well as all the copy and messaging required to input onto your site. We work with trusted web development partners to execute the website construction that compliments the strategy we provide.

How do we communicate and collaborate on a project?

We believe in transparent and continuous communication. Emails, scheduled calls, or in-person meetings are available depending on your preference. We also use our proprietary video review and delivery platform as well as Slack, Dropbox, and good old texting and phone calls.

What do you require before starting a project?

We require a signed proposal, a signed Media Services Agreement (MSA), and a deposit to commence work.

Do you travel provide services nationwide?

Yes. While we primarily serve Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, we travel often for client work and are able to produce content anywhere in the United States. Travel and lodging expenses are included in our proposals unless handled by the client.

Can you provide live-streaming for my event or corporate engagement?

Yes. Live-streaming is an excellent way to connect with your audience in a real-time way. Let us know about your event as soon as possible and what you're looking for specifically so that we can give you an accurate quote for services. We can provide full comprehensive corporate event coverage.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms can be flexible depending on the request and scale of the project or event. Our standard policy is NET 30 for payments.
